Hi, I’m Bobbi-Jo, an executive and life coach trained through iPEC in Core Energy Coaching™, one of the most rigorous and respected coaching programs in the world. I help people who feel stuck, stretched thin, or disconnected from their work rediscover their direction and their spark.
Before coaching, I spent nearly two decades as a cosmetologist and over seventeen years as a real estate agent, guiding people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Both careers taught me the same truth: people don’t just need expertise, they need someone who will truly listen and believe in their potential, even when they can’t. That’s what I bring to you.

Over the past fifteen years I have been on my own journey of self-discovery: reading, learning, joining groups, working with a coach, and opening my mind to what’s possible. When I was called to become a coach, I searched for an ICF-accredited program that aligned with everything I thought great coaching should be. During the iPEC training I was deeply immersed and captivated by how effective it is. I continue to discover, challenge, and learn everyday.
